So today I walked in at 7:30 and checked in. I logged on and couldn’t, it directed me to see an employee. The employee then said that she didn’t know why, but that I had to do my physical again. This is just ridiculous, for anyone who has done this process, it takes 2-3 hours. This was my 3rd time returning. First time, they took a sample, second time I donated, and this would have been my second donation, and 3rd visit. The employees are nice, but I will never return here, so unorganized. Nobody has time to waste. In fairness they did offer me an incentive, but nah I’m good and turned off by this establishment. Never again……………

Some of the workers here are very sloppy. They stick you without lpaying attention and miss the vein. Than adjust roughly and end up hurting you. Some wrap your arm and 3 mins later on your way home you start leaking blood all over. This will be my last visit I refuse to keep going thru this every week.

Highly unprofessional front desk worker enrolling new patients. Not sure of her name but I do know she had dark hair and glasses. This woman visibly rolled her eyes and tossed her head sighing which is disgusting behavior for anyone working dealing with people! Upset at my forms of ID or even just me trying to enroll. All employees should be aware of all forms of ID listed on your businesses website that is accepted. Another one of the ladies there a shorts Hispanic joined trying to make me believe I was wrong. When I’m case I was not, which made her even more mad CLEARLY. Continuing with the process of enrolling the woman in the glasses was slamming the clipboard down talking in a agitated tone. Before continuing to the next stage of the kiosk she up and disappears leaving me and multiple other people waiting for at least 30 minutes just sitting there. Everyone is entitled to their moods but it was outrageous and I/any other patient, SHOULD NEVER be able to watch you roll your eyes, hearing you sign or tossing your head back at them especially when you did nothing to provoke them. I did nothing absolutely NOTHING to warrant that attitude from her or the other one to bandwagon onto. Mad at a first time donor for coming in for what’s suppose to be a positive thing. She did not only do it to me but someone else that came days later than myself who told me. And who knows who else she does it to clearly not just these two times only. but whoever is in charge needs to remove her or do something. She will cause nothing but problems for you and that is a promise, it isn’t promised the next person will hold their tongue and be calm in the lobby, you don’t know peoples lives. Treat people with respect and kindness just outright being evil and nasty for no reason. One word, karma. She probably goes about her days saying how people are rude and whatever when In reality she needs to do a character evaluation on herself quickly or someone will check it for her. Other than that everyone else was pleasant and professional exactly what you’d expect from everyone. But one bad seed will ruin a good thing. This location knows exactly who the front desk girl is that was Tuesday April 18th in the morning. She’s going to make you lose business.
